OUR STORY
Built on Brick, Mortar, and a Father’s Dream
In 1994, T A Irfan — with a deep understanding of construction and an even deeper sense of responsibility — founded Excellent Builders in Ambur, Vellore. He had seen too many families hand over their life savings to builders who cut corners, missed deadlines, and disappeared after handover. He wanted to be different.
What started as a small team with big values grew steadily — project by project, family by family, trust by trust. Today, Excellent Builders is one of the most recognised names across Vellore, Tirupattur, Ranipet, and Krishnagiri.
Now led by his son, T I Mohammed Shuaib , the second generation carries forward the same founding principles — with fresh energy, modern methods, and an expanded vision. The tools have evolved. The commitment has not.
